Confident Body Confident Child

Our very own Dr Laura Hart is the Director and creator of the CBCC program, aimed at parents of 2-6 year old children. These evidence-based resources aim to help parents encourage healthy eating and positive body confidence in their children. 

Body Confident Book List 

Story books are a great way to talk about body image with young people. This book list features stories for younger and older children with themes including the appreciation of diversity, and loving you for you.  

BodiMojo for teens

This app provides an evidence based program for teens. 

Dove Self Esteem Resources

Our colleagues have worked with Dove to develop high quality, evidence-based resources for schools and parents to enhance body confidence in young people including some great articles and printable resources.
